With an extensive leadership background in e-commerce and direct marketing, Paul Miller is the CEO of advisory firm PMA Digital Solutions, providing advisory and consulting services to companies that need to accelerate their sales through digital channels. Most recently, he was vice president and president, global e-commerce, innovation and big data at Grainger. Previously, Paul was senior vice president, direct commerce, for Sears Holdings Corporation and vice president, e-commerce for Williams-Sonoma Inc., leading Internet and catalog activities. He led a start-up division of a venture-backed company that serviced property insurance carriers and was sold to a strategic partner. Additionally, he has held leadership positions with Kraft and Clorox in Canada.
